Voyado Elevate app¶
Voyado Elevate includes five different web based apps for managing boosting of products, controlling exposure strategies, gaining insights into search relevance, user administration, and more. A fifth app, Email, is available for customers with the Email recommendations add-on. All is presented in an easy to use interface with contextual help on every page. Some apps include step-by-step guides on how to set up and get started with the different functions of that specific app.
App and feature availability is dependent on what functions of Voyado Elevate a customer has implemented. Voyado Elevate Cloud customers will automatically receive updates to the apps for the features they use. New features and updates to the apps are indicated by a yellow dot by the notification icon in the top right corner of the app.
Administrators can set and allow user access for each app on a cluster and market level. Users will see their app access when logged in at the Welcome screen.

Browser support¶
The Voyado Elevate app is only tested with the latest two versions of the following browsers:
Other browsers than the ones listed above may work, but only the ones listed above are officially supported by Voyado Elevate.
Identity management¶
The Voyado Elevate app uses Auth0 as identity management provider, and redirects to a login page if the user does not have an active session. The login will be using auth.elevate.voyado.cloud, but upon successful sign-in there will be a redirect back to the app URL.
