Voyado Engage integration

Voyado Engage contains a standardized integration with Voyado Elevate. There are two main requirements that must be satisfied in order to accomplish a successful integration: customer identification and SKU/variant key matching.

Customer identification

To identify customers between the two platforms, the identification keys, contactId in Engage and customerKey in Elevate, must be connected. This requires that the discoveryKey contact attribute is included in the Engage Autologin data and that its value is used as the customerKey in Elevate. The Discovery key inclusion is enabled in the Module settings in the Voyado Engage Tenant configuration by selecting Include Discovery key in autologin data.

For more information about the Discovery key, retailers can contact their appointed Voyado Engage product specialist.

Key matching

When Voyado Elevate is used together with Voyado Engage, the key of the Elevate Variant must be the same as the article SKU in Voyado Engage, sku.
