Requirements¶
Before the Apptus eSales for Shopware plugin can be installed and configured for use, the system requirements must be met.
Shopware versions¶
The Apptus eSales for Shopware plugin currently supports the following versions of Shopware:
5.6.0 - 5.6.4
5.5.0 - 5.5.10
5.4.0 - 5.4.6
5.3.0 - 5.3.7
Product data¶
- Attribute names can not contain

. - At least one market present in the data model.
- Only locale present in the data model is
de_DE
. - Only Properties filter, i.e. Attribute filter is not supported.
Connections¶
The following connections must be available for communication between Apptus eSales and Shopware.

Cron plugin¶
A plugin to manage cron jobs must be installed to enable product synchronisation as between eSales and Shopware. The plugin to use is called Cron and can be installed from the Shopware Plugin Manager. For more information about cron jobs and Shopware, see System: Cronjobs at Shopware Docs.
Third party plugin compatibility¶
The Shopware platform supports multiple plugins, however some may interfere with the functionality provided by the Apptus eSales for Shopware plugin. The following plugins have been tested and have been determined to be not supported, or incompatible, with the plugin.
- Elasticsearch (or any plugins that uses Elasticsearch)
- Shopware Enterprise Search (SwagEnterpriseSearch)
Other specific tools or configurations may be incompatible or not supported, however not yet analysed or verified by Apptus. If plugin compatibility issues arises, please contact Apptus Support.
